Tom: Tom and Elaine served for thirteen years as church planters with TEAM in the Czech Republic, where Tom also served as Ministry area Leader for ten years. During their time there, TEAM Czech planted a half-dozen churches in and around the city of Prague. Tom and Elaine now reside near Charlotte, NC, where they enjoy hosting local neighborhood gatherings. Tom works with local pastors and college students, and he also continues to work with European Ministry Area Leaders to help prepare their fields for new members and forge new methods of church planting through the establishment of incarnational missional communities.
