What is TEAM?

TEAM's purpose is to help churches send missionaries to establish reproducing churches among the nations, to the glory of God. The vision of the organization is to both be and build the Body of Christ, the church, wherever the most people have the greatest need.

TEAM is an evangelical, non-denominational organization.

The home office is in Carol Stream, Illinois, 35 miles from downtown Chicago.

The Ministry Advancement Representative – East Coast enhances the work of world mission through TEAM by initiating and cultivating relationships with potential major donors (individuals, businesses, churches and foundations) who have the capability of making significant financial contributions.

The Director of Ministry Advancement is a key leadership role, enhancing the work of God through TEAM by engaging donors in world mission through mutually beneficial relationships based on biblical stewardship. Ministry Advancement includes all areas of TEAM’s stewardship ministries and donor relations.
