In this role the Video Producer will film and edit video stories and messages to help promote the heart, vision, opportunities and purpose of TEAM. The Video Producer will also need to format and publish videos on TEAM’s online properties. Individual Profile: The Video Producer will be a believer in the Lord Jesus Christ, be in fellowship with a Bible-believing church, and want to make a difference through involvement in world mission. This individual must personally embrace the purpose, vision, and values of TEAM. Key Skills and Requirements: - Education, experience and/or training directly related to video production.
- Professional experience with Final Cut Pro and DVD Studio.
- Proven ability to work well in a team/collaborative setting
- Exceptional time management skills and organizational skills
- Experience in scripting, filming and editing videos
- Ability to generate/propose interesting topics for future projects
- Reviewing, rewriting, and editing the video stories of missionaries for publishing on TEAM’s website or other media platforms
- Ability to provide samples of video work.
- Proven ability to learn new software rapidly
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office 2011
- Ability to work closely with the creative director and digital content manager to produce and coordinate promotional and educational materials
- Two years’ experience in a video content management (or related) role preferred
- Availability to travel internationally and ability to work in adverse conditions

The Digital Content Manager will connect digital media consumers to the heart, vision, and purpose of TEAM. The DCM will be responsible for the digital content for all TEAM’s media properties; create, collect, organize, edit and publish digital content from various sources within and outside the organization; work with the technical and creative team to keep TEAM’s website up-to-date and functional, as well as monitoring and contributing to TEAM’s social media pages, blogs and mobile applications.
Individual Profile: The DCM will be a believer in the Lord Jesus Christ, be in fellowship with a Bible-believing church, and want to make a difference through involvement in world mission. This individual must personally embrace the purpose, vision, and values of TEAM. Key Skills and Requirements:
- Education, experience and/or training directly related to digital technology including web, social media and digital applications
- Professional experience with content management system platforms such as WordPress, Joomla, Expression Engine, or ModX
- Proven ability to work well in a team/collaborative setting
- Exceptional time management skills and organizational skills
- Experience in creative writing
- Ability to generate/propose interesting topics for future projects
- Reviewing, rewriting, and editing the stories of missionaries for publishing on TEAM’s website and other media platforms
- Ability to provide writing/editing samples
- Proven ability to learn new software rapidly
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office 2011
- Ability to resize images for digital media sources in Adobe Photoshop or similar program
- Two years of experience in content management (or related) role preferred
