These groups of believers reach out to their own communities as well as send out missionaries from among their own to other spiritually needy areas of the world. TEAM provides an array of essential services for missionaries as an extension of their sending churches. Together with North American and international churches, TEAM seeks God’s leading to discern vision and strategy specific to each locale and missionary. TEAM facilitates leadership development, recruitment, selection, placement, and training of missionaries and volunteers, lifelong personal and professional development in language, culture, and ministry effectiveness, crisis preparedness, financial management, and much more. Prayer partners who contribute to TEAM’s Global Outreach make these essential services possible so that missionaries can reach out to lost men and women.
